Please allow for a 2-3 business day process for designs.
Once your mockup has been accepted, please allow for a 5-7 business day processing time for your order to be complete. For bulk orders, this lead time may be extended.

Can I cancel my order?
Once you have confirmed your order, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. Please contact us to check options. We are not bound to modifications, however, we will do our best.
Can I change/modify my shipping address?
About shipping address changing:
1. For unshipped orders, you may contact us for address changes.
2. For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.
About size changing:
- For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact us for size changing.
- For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Bdesigned recommends you to request a return for size changing after you receive the parcel.

Do you offer bulk orders?
Interested in bulk orders? Choose our apparel for your family or class reunions, business apparel, birthdays, kids party, wedding, special event, girl/guys trip, family vacation, gifts etc. Inquire through our contact us page for ordering and pricing information.
What if I have a damage or issue with my product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send a photo via email so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Typically this is due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the courier does not have access to the delivery location (example: apartment building or gated community).
