Once your mockup has been accepted, please allow for a 5-7 business day processing time for your order to be complete. For bulk orders, this lead time may be extended.
Once you have confirmed your order, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order. Please contact us to check options. We are not bound to modifications, however, we will do our best.
About shipping address changing:
1. For unshipped orders, you may contact us for address changes.
2. For shipped orders, the shipping address CANNOT be changed.

About size changing:
- For paid but unshipped orders, you can contact us for size changing.
- For shipped orders, the size cannot be edited. Bdesigned recommends you to request a return for size changing after you receive the parcel.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send a photo via email so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified of your tracking number.

Typically this is due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the courier does not have access to the delivery location (example: apartment building or gated community).

Please contact the courier to arrange for a re-delivery of your package. If you are unable to arrange for a re-delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
