Returns -
You have 30 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, use the Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Items sent back without first requesting or approval of return will not be accepted.
Refunds -
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. Returning shipping charges are incurred by customer.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Exchange -
We may be able to process exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please send your request via our contact us page, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
