Shipping policy

The risk of loss and/or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for a lost shipment.

Bdesigned is not obligated to refund or resend the products.

If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a non deliverable address, you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly.
